I've never had a problem with slow communication and all my questions are answered. And when I move back to Tucson I'll call on them again!

During this time I was getting a constant feed of interesting properties for sale from Sandy Woodward, and answers to all my questions. I imagine at some point,my real estate agent probably assumed that nothing would ever come of this and yet continued to be helpful and courteous. When it came time to buy from out of state, I met with Karmen and Sandy Woodward and the search began in earnest. We looked at numerous properties and I had quite the list of preferred necessities, such as location close to the Bike trails and yet in town, single level, a pool AND a garage; in truth a 'unicorn' as Sandy called it. I had numerous questions about properties I would find online and Tucson itself. Karmen and Sandy were amazingly helpful and never skipped a beat, and found me the Unicorn. Sandy went above and beyond getting the inspections lined up on a short escrow timeline, again finding answers to all the questions and keeping us updated as we went. Karmen was meanwhile taking care of all the paperwork details. An excellent experience with a very professional team who I felt gave me all the same considerations as they would a client in a much higher purchase bracket, and dealt with the extra burden of operating on behalf of an out of state client keeping us in the loop and feeling completely comfortable with our purchase. Anticipating retirement from my home state of Washington, and wishing to have a second residence near our son, my wife and I started looking at homes in Tucson in June. The listings which most appealed to us were Long Real Estate listings so I contacted Karmen to begin our search in earnest. Giving Karmen the details of what we were looking for in a new home, she found several units for us to view and we planned a whirlwind trip to Tucson in July where she showed us several potential condos from which we chose the unit we ultimately purchased. But as a first time home buyer I wish Long realty would’ve assisted more with down payment assistance a little more. Kinda felt like loan agent didn’t want to waste his time to help!

On an exploratory visit to Tucson, I found touring homes with Karmen relaxing and enjoyable. Not having anything to lose I call and set up a meeting. We met and not going in a lot of details, I was impressed with their background and knowledge of the real estate profession, the housing market, especially where my house was located, and their process that kept the client informed at every step from putting the house on the market to final closing. Since I had moved to Phoenix prior to listing the house, communication was important. The decision was made to list the house on Friday and have an open house on Sunday. On Monday I had a number of offers above list price. During the process Karmen and Sandy kept me well informed by text or email and when I had questions they responded immediately.
